Controlled Blasting in a sensitive area near homes. Using an alternative to high explosives. Autostem was able to break up a rock structure 40′ x 20′ with a cut of 4′ to 8′ area 5′ off the road and 100′ from homes. Vibrations were recorded as a 0.2 in/sec. at 70′ away. Autostem enabled the excavation and grading company to move forward with out delay. Rock breaking was drilled, loaded and shot in 8 hours.
